Equipment Tier 1	Defeating an enemy has a 10% chance to create a Fortifying well for allies.
Equipment Tier 2	Defeating an enemy has a 20% chance to create a Fortifying well for allies.
Equipment Tier 3	Defeating an enemy has a 40% chance to create a Fortifying well for allies.
Unique Tier	Defeating an enemy has a 60% chance to create a Fortifying well for allies.
